Fiskebiolog som nu jobbar på Länsstyrelsen i Västra Götaland som projektledare och sakkunnig i frågor rörande laxfisk.
Hon jobbade tidigare på Karlstad universitet med bevarande av laxfisk i vattenkraftsutbyggda vattendrag. Hon disputerade 2019.
Ana T Silva is a researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research (NINA) in Norway.
She holds a PhD in Forestry Engineering from the University of Lisbon. Her research focus on fish conservation and it is based on an interdisciplinary approach that draws from the fields of ecology, biology, and engineering. In her work she tries to better understand fish-fluid motion and use that knowledge to develop mitigation measures, for two-way fish migration at regulated rivers.
